How much did you pay for your used G37?
Hey guys, I'm on the market for a used G37 (preferably S).
I've looked up the blue book value and I get around $22.4k as a price. Has anybody gotten any steals on any G37's? :) |
Amazing deal
2011 g37s sedan red with a manual transmission. Loaded with navigation (10gig hard drive included) Had 30k miles on it for right around 26k. :8: My car is also in the letters to the editor of dsport for this outgoing months issue.

blue book
Blue book changes depending on where you are and what season. G37 and other cars like it including convertibles will cost more in summer... all wheel drive cost more in winter. I drove up to pa to buy mine in the middle of winter. The dealership was interested in 4x4 trucks not sport sedans so they priced it to move so they didnt have it on the lot all winter.

I bought mine in December of 2012 for 27 k its a white pearl 2009 g37xs and I got the extended warranty, and 3 days ago I was browsing the website and saw a grey 2009 g37xs for 24k with less mileage and it was sold already.

All depends on what year you're looking at, the color, the options, and how many miles on it. I just paid $29K even for a 2011 certified graphite shadow w/ graphite interior and 21K miles.
I wanted a certified car with some time left on the original basic warranty, because I know first-hand that Carfax is pretty much worthless, as reporting is completely voluntary, and I expect next to zero problems with a car I buy. If the dealer isn't wiling to spend the $$$ to cert the car, I don't want it. Granted, my last G wasn't certified and was great, but that was awhile ago and I've grown more risk-averse over time. I had shopped for roughly a month, and felt like I got a decent deal for what I wanted. The only other cars for the same anticipated price after negotiation either had more miles or weren't certified. If you're looking at an ''09, I would think you can snag one at the price you mentioned, depending on the mileage. Just make sure you know how to spot prior accident clues. |
I just picked up a 2009 G37x, 70K on the clock for $18,900 after some tough negotiations, they replaced the front bumper cover as well because they screwed in a license plate holder with their logo on it, crooked. :7:

Whoever is in market for pre-owned G37 should also consider the current discounts on new G37 at-least as a negotiation tip.

Been shopping for some 2010 models...seeing them in the $24-27K range for the AWD models depending on miles and options

Bought a 2010 g37x with 42k mi for $25.1k last night. white with nav and the interior trim package.

Just picked up a 2010 G37x, Liquid Platinum (silver) with Graphite (black) interior. 47k miles, loaded (Bluetooth, nav, heated seats, back-up camera, Bose, etc.) for $23,6xx. Got $6000 on the trade-in (03 G35 sedan with 147k) so all-told with taxes and such it was $19k cash. Not bad, I think. Some minor wear and tear (mostly light scratches on the exterior around the door handles and one particularly bad spot on the deck lid where someone tried to remove a dealership badge) but the interior's remarkably clean. I can't complain. Should be loving it for years to come!
