Do the G37 sport seats hurt as much as the G35 seats?
 

A simple google search leads me to believe that the answer is a resounding yes, but wanted to confirm.

I've got an 08 G35 sedan, and love the thing. Seats used to really piss me off, over time I've gotten used to them. Really do think that the bolsters get uncomfortable on your thighs, but after a few years it doesn't bother me like it used to.

Regardless, its time for a new car and am considering a G37 sport 6MT. Are the seats the same?

Hurt? The seats are probably the coolest thing about the car. I remember Car & Driver exclaiming they're the next best thing to Recaro. For me personally, I think they help reduce driver fatigue and keep me on the road longer during long trips. Don't mean to be condescending when I ask, but have you done a lot to try dialing the driver seat in to a more comfortable position? Using all the buttons I mean? Haha

Bumping this one up as I'd like to confirm if this car has the same bolsters as the G35.

Looking to upgrade from my G35 and this is a crucial towards my decision if I'll consider another Infiniti or not.

The seats are the same in the G37. You would have to opt out of the sport package to avoid them.

That's a shame. Sure do like the sport package, but the seats get to ya on long drives - which I do a lot of.

I did drive an IPL coupe and it appeared that the seats were wider and thus wouldn't hurt as much.
