2012 G37X or TL SH AWD?

Hi all.
Just wanted to see if anyone else went through this cross shopping experience. I have yet to test drive the G37X. I am not sure if I should ensure to look for a G37XS? Is the sport trim a must have?

I did test drive a 2012 SH AWD TL last week. I like it..It did feel a little slow off the line just driving it relaxed with the salesman, but once we got going felt quick enough for me. Liked the interior, room etc. My wife has an MDX and its aged well, and we like it so its similar in some ways

The G37X from what im reading feels MUCH faster (good for me). Just wanted owners input. I hear the navigation doesnt let you update adress when you are driving. Any other pros and cons?

Im searching certified used 2012 up, ceiling is about 32K that I want to spend. Would be happy at 28K

The Sport Package on the AWD Sedan is appearance-only. You get 18" wheels (square), sport seats, sport front bumper, extended side-sills, and paddle-shifters. However, you don't get the BBK, close-ratio steering, VLSD, sport tuned struts and swaybars, nor staggered rims that you would get with the RWD Sport Package, or the 6MT (which was a stand-alone model.)

The RWD Sport Package takes a good car and makes it great. And while I've not driven the SH AWD TL before, I suspect it takes a much lesser car and makes it awesome.
