Difference in 09-10 Sedan
I was previously set on a 08 sedan, but I was told that in order to get my loan, i must purchase a 09 or newer vehicle. This is great, except the car is newer aka more expensive and harder to find in the price range that I need.
I'm still staying positive, but I had done weeks of research on the 3.5 and then I was told that I need to switch plans. I know that the 3.7 is faster and has a 7sp transmission in the 09 model, but it looks pretty much the same on the exterior. Going into 2010 though, I am not aware of the difference, if any, or which. The only thing I do know is that the 2010 has fogs in the front bumper, which I do prefer if I can.
Another question, say I have a 09 and 10, same price, and around 60-65k miles. Which should I choose? I'm just looking for feedback from drivers of these car for help!!

46 TSB's for 2010, 71 TSB's for 2009.
TSB's are Technical Service Bulletins. These are like "necessary fixes" for the dealer to do and things to watch out for. They are not all bad. Here are a few examples:
A/T - 7 Speed A/T Fluid Color/Refilling Information
A/T - Harsh 4-3 Downshifts At 30-20 MPH
Body - Wind Noise From The Sunroof Area
Infiniti has put out more TSB's for the 2009 AT, but you have to figure the car has also been out for longer. For more details look on the toolbar containing home, new/today's posts to find TSB's and recalls.
Next it all comes down to service history. Which ever one was serviced for things like oil and necessary fluid changes is in healthier condition. The rest is up to you, I hope this helps .

Mechanically they are the same.
The changes for 2010 include a new front grille, fog light clusters and a restyled rear bumper in addition to new 17-inch wheels. Inside there are a few tweaks as well, which include new white gauges, center console, aluminum trim and leather seats. The navigation system gets a new display screen and now also features NavWeather with Real-Time Weather and 3-day forecast, Streaming Audio via Bluetooth and Zagat Restaurant Guide.
