car won't start !!!
 

Hey guys,

I own a 2004 G35...

I have taken the motor out for a re-build as it was burning oil...

i changed the rings and some other bushings...

before putting the engine back to the car, i have used a 12v to start the engine up to test for compression when it was on the engine stand.. and everything sounds fine... all looks good..

but after putting back into the car, it won't start...


can somebody give me some hints on where i should start checking??

i have checked there are sparks from the plugs, and there is fuel from the injectors.. so what do you guys think??

can you hear the starter solenoid click?

if not, you may have missed the connector for it.

or does it crank and not turn over?

if so, check the back of the block. there are four cam sensor connectors... also check the crank sensor connector.
