04 G35 Trunk Locked can't get in

I have a 04 G35 Coupe, and the trunk is locked. I think the wires to the Release unit broke. (2nd time) Does anyone know how to release the trunk?
The Rear seat release is in the trunk, the trunk is full. I tried pushing down on the trunk lid and pushing the button, didn't work. The Valet button is ON. The inside button doesn't work either.

Thanks in advance.

I know it's broken wires, 2nd time this has happened, but I was able to get it to open one more time, so I dropped the rear seats. This time, not so lucky. Is there any way to drop the Rear seats from inside the car?

This is going to be BRUTAL. I think I have a salmon sandwich in my lunch, in the trunk, and it's suspose to get to 20 degree C here this week.

Ouchhh. Just take it to the dealer. That's what I'm going to do or have to do!

No dont take it to the dealer, in between the backrest and the seat right behind the seat partition there will be a red looped string http://hphotos-snc3.fbcdn.net/hs519...._7299958_n.jpg

pull on it and it will pull down your rear seats.

broken trunk

try putting your key in the ignition, turn to the run position(not start), turn it back off and pull the key out, push the truck release button.

Okay, got it. Salmon sandwich was still fresh. There is a little red strap, kind of inside the rear seat that you need to pull on. Right at the center, there is a little pocket, stick your hand there, then up and you need to feel for it. it not big, but it's there.

Thanks everyone for your input.

Now the discision, New Harness or solder wires, again.

wow google and the forums are the shizzil. I have had my car since 2005 and didnt know about this. A buddy just called me and asked if there was a way to get to his cables in the trunk since his battery is dead.

I didnt know of a way until Google sent me to this threa! I am in VA he is in MD, we did this over the phone..lmao

He is very happy to get in his car to say the least. Buying cables when you know you have them is FTL!
