Squeaking noise coming from driver's tire
 

whenever i'm driving, an annoying squeaking noise comes from my tire.
the car was crashed when i bought it and i had to replace the rim. i'm guessing it might be something damaged from the accident? i changed the tire and break pads last week. you can faintly hear the noise in the video, i will try to take a better one tomorrow. any help is appreciated.

noise stops when i'm braking, then starts again when i start moving

Help please?

Here's a list of things it could be:

Brake pad spring not installed correctly causing pads to drag.

Dust shield hitting backside of rotor.

Wheel bearing going out.

You ran over a mouse.
