How to access blower motor relay behind fuse box?

How do I access the relays behind the fuse box? I took out some of the paneling along the kickplate as well as the cover that reveals all the fuses and plugs. However, how do I remove the fuse box so I can get to the relays? I am stumped. I can find any resources in threads on videos on youtube.

Is there a screw, or just all tabs? Those tabs are a god awful.

you have to remove the battery cover and the left plastic guard by the windshield wiper, its only held on by little clips that a flathead screwdriver can easily remove. After that you will see a larger fuse box which will be the IPDM....just remove the cover and voila!

That is not where the relay for the blower motor is. I believe you are talking about the other fuse box.

There are two 10mm screws that you have to remove. Easiest to remove with a ratchet.
