How Long Have Your Aftermarket Parts Lasted?

I've had my G for awhile now and my aftermarket parts (aka "mods") are starting to show age. There's plenty of info on how the stock parts last/perform, but mixed info on how some aftermarket parts last/perform. I think it's time we start really giving some of these "trusted" and "not-so-trusted" parts some real world credibility (or otherwise). I think it will help newbs to make decisions on what they buy based on real numbers rather than price point, warranties and sales pitches.

I kinda just want to keep this as a "failure review" thread. Meaning: what were your parts, how long did they last (miles + time), how did the perform (including degradation) and were you happy?. This can kinda include everything from tires to cam sensors, etc.

For example: my energy compression rod bushings just failed. I got 56k miles and 3 years out of them and for the most part I was satisfied with what I paid for and plan on replacing them with the same part.

Dee, I love the enthusiasm, truly I do and I love the participation, but I hope this is a voluntary thread rather than a Q&A. No offense. I just think it would work better as a thread where people display their parts and explain their experience without solicitation. Again, no offence, but let's see what people come up with automatically.

Also, I'd like this thread to also have everyone list their favorite dog breed and why. So yeah touch on the aftermarket reliability yada yada but really hit on which breed you feel is best and why

'06 coupe, had great 3 year good use out of auto zone cam sensors.

Auto zone brake pads? Awful experiences. I need to go back to OEM or nice aftermarket pads. Can't get that OEM bite.

Plenum spacer/tb warmer, no problems, sounds great.

Like seriously, this is a usable thread that would help predict and tackle problems with (at least gives a baseline for age) the aging of modded Gs. Not all parts are gonna last forever regardless of how good they are. It's weird how everything just turns into a joke here anymore.
