HFC's on a sedan ?

Who makes them ? Where to buy / how much ?

Which make the most power ?

Which ones are loudest / quietest ?

I want to add HFC's with my coupe midpipe, and thinking to remove my 03 muffler and add an 05 factory muffler.

Any thoughts ? I want power but not crazy loud, and no rasp.

Just had one of your questions answered that's all, at least you can see the manufacturers. Now you can SEARCH for prices since you know names. I would also use search to find comments on each individual manfacturer. There has been a lot of threads about HFC's.

In terms of your set up, IMO I would go for the HKS rear-section or the quieter Borla rear-section instead of the 05 muffler.

yeah I did see that and thanks. Didn't mean to come across as a smart *** :)

I have been thinking though that if I go HKS then if I add HFC's it will be too loud. From what Ive seen the HKS gives good sound but not much help for adding power.

All good bro! I wasnt assuming it.

My friend has some HFC's with the HKS and it is loud. I have heard that the borla rear-section is quieter but Im thinking with any HFC the sound will still be fairly loud no matter what.

weird

my 2000 Mustang didn't have any cats and with longtube headers, and an X pipe and with straight through Magnaflow mufflers it was fairly quiet. and it was a 708 RWHP car.
