Yeah, I'm running stock cats.

That's my understanding as well. Before I bought the exhaust, I listened to your exhaust videos like 10 times and didn't notice it rasp, even with the test pipe.

I didn't expect it to be this loud...

Anyhow, I'll probably search for a HR pipe, if not stock Y pipe back on to see how it's like. I hope the HR Y pipe would work well tho, as it is not a 3" outlet... That's fine?

Y-pipe isn't gonna add a ton of volume. Its the cat-back exhaust that does it. If your exhaust is too loud for you change your y-back and i bet you'll quiet right down.

I shall find out soon.

Since the exhaust / Y-pipe is broke in now; it sounds a bit more quiet for some reason. Anyhow, I'm planning to put on a HR Y-pipe next week. I shall see.

So after spending about a month looking for an HR Y-pipe, I jumped the gun and ordered the M2 Performance Y-Pipe for $100!
Now looking for an inexpensive option as far as exhaust....
