Any mod required for TS front bumper?

I found this on Ebay and was very interested.

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...4730&rd=1&rd=1

Do I need to modify the energy absorber (insert) or any mounting points for TS bumpers?

If anyone have experience with this seller or his bumpers, please share your story. How was the fitment, quality, time required for sanding, preps... etc..

That looks like fiberglass...my urethane one sags when not on the car. that one in the auction seems to be holding up pretty well by itself. could be just my bumper that sags though...

I'm pretty sure it's urethane. I checked sellers feedback and didn't see any negative feedbacks.

not sure about the one installed on the car, but that black one (unpainted) is poly.

you gotta remove the absorber or modify it (by cutting with a big saw)

Go to the marketplace on here and look for Klumzyee's TS in Poly... I would get it from him and NOT this ebay guy... Klumzyee does not ship via greyhound and your product will get to your door. He also stands behind what he sells...

I had something from a vendor ship via greyhound in the past and let me tell you..... what a major PITA!!

Go with Klumzyee if you get this bumper, I speak from experience.

I have both an Authentic Top Secret(Fiberglass, painted BO) and Replica Top Secret(Urethane, unpainted) Front Bumper. The Authentic one fits like OEM and is very strong for fiberglass. The Replica requires a lot of modification; drilling out mounting holes, sanding down edges and cutting pieces to make it fit correctly.

Not trying to advertise but I have both bumpers for sale if you're interested.
