08 G35 Sedan Window/Window lock issue

So I have a 2008 G35 sedan and my front passenger window rolls up/down when I have the window lock on but not when it's off. The rear windows work normal (disabled when window lock is on, yp/down when its off). I checked the connections and everything seems ok. Any ideas? Thanks in advanced!

Has this issue always existed or is it something new that just happened?

I don't know the wiring details but I'm guessing that the window controls have an internal on/off 'switch' that is controlled by the driver-door 'lock' switch. If the other windows work, that suggests that the lock switch is okay. There could be a wiring issue going to just the passenger switch - test with a multimeter. What to look for I'm not sure and it may all be internal and you can't test anyway. Not sure if you could use one of the rear window controls to test it by swapping it in. You'd have to make up some wiring leads to go from harness to harness though.
