Not sure if this is the right section, but...
I ordered valeo wipers from tirerack.com, buy one get one free. It came out to $30 shipped for both and I received them in 3 days. Upon installing them, I noticed that the driver side wiper was missing the clip that goes on top (not even sure it was needed?). I sent an email to tirerack saying I was mising the clip, I got an email back the same night, and they shipped me a brand new driver side wiper free of charge, and I got it in 2 days.
Awesome price on these wipers and unreal customer service.
