Side vinyl piece in back seat - What is it called?

Hello.

I have this lovely piece of vinyl that will not stay no matter how many times I put it back... I am guessing I just need to get a new piece and start from scratch.

What is it called? Does anyone know the part #?

Mine started to peel from the bottom. I just hit it with some 3M adhesive spray for interiors and carpets and it is fine now.
