Driver's Seat like Rocking Chair....?
 

I couldn't really find an answer to this. My driver's seat has a tendency to rock back and forth when I sit in it or punch it for any reason. The only thing I could really think of is a rail bolt or something in the front of it causing the front to not be connected?

I'm looking for ideas here that could cause this. The entire chair rocks, not just the base or just the back. Also, this isn't something I'd have to take to the dealership is it?
