aftermarket bumper has no holes for installation??
I cracked my oem bumper the other day from sliding on Ice.. I ordered a new bumper, and had it painted. It is very similar to the oem but not nearly as pricey. I will try to find what.exact bumper it is. Anyways, while i.was trying to install it today, I took off the old bumper only to realize that the new one has NO holes driled in it... what the f***. Why would they send a bumper that can't even be installed?? What should I do in this situation...?
The bumper is the 2dr Duraflex Sigma.. |
Drill the holes

Well that would be the simple solution yes, but howe do I find out the spacing and such?
|
Put them side by side and get the appropriate washers after drilling!

You can also use cardboard as a template. Place the cardboard under the mounting areas and tape it down. Then use a marker to mark the drill points. Transfer the template to your aftermarket and zip zap drilly drill, you got yourself a mountable bumper.
