How do I get BAT's overlay?

Hi members, I'm a newbie here. Saw a few pics of BAT's tailight lid overlays and would like a pair myself. The picture I've seen shows that it's $20, where can I get a pair? I would need them in the '03 silver by the way. Thanks.
