CF vinyl wrap console

I'm sure it's been done before, just did mine this weekend. I don't like shiny stuff in my interior, it's just a matter of time when the sun hits it just right and blinds you. Well not no more...

Looks clean! I like how it looks on the door handle.

Hmmm i might check that out, I have the same 2 tone interior (stone = black + grey) and the chrome console and door panel handle sort of stand out and look odd.

The work is impressive, your grammar not so much.

A double negative means it actually blinds you.

Ha! Sorry about the unacceptable slang action Thanks for the props on the install, I might try the little strip on the handle, now that you pointed it out.

What strip are you talking about? The door pull trim? If so it's just pressed in and you will see a tiny notch in it for a flat head. Comes out in a split second, if you have long nails you don't need a screwdriver. You can't break it, probably the easiest trim piece in car history to remove.

OP, carbon doesn't show up well in pics usually. Never looks good unless a good exposure camera is used. Im really debating a silver or gray vinyl. What brand did you use.

I think that strip is glued on and doesn't actually 'unclip'.

For an example of what silver would look like..... although this is painted but you get the idea

I bought the "dry look" black CF vinyl off eBay, it says VVivid on the back, like $13 for a 1'x5' piece.
