Driver's seat problem
 

Problem started when seat would not move forward when driver's seat was moved forward to access back seat. When the seat returned to it's set position after moving forward (when the seat back was pushed forward) to gain access to the backseat, I could not move the seat forward using the forward/back lever. Now the seat will not move either forward or back. The other seat position adjustments still work. How can I troubleshoot the problem?
