04 G35x Driver's Side Seat Back - Black

The right side panel of the driver's seat has deteriorated nearly completely. Looking to replace the seat (or seat back only) as the quotes to repair this are outrageous. I only have 54k miles on this baby.

I have a black seat out of a 2003 g35 RWD sedan. It's got 203k on it but it still works flawlessly.
