Drivers seat leaning into centre console

Hi, I have a problem with my RHD (electric) drivers seat leaning in towards the centre console. i think it is the rear support bar on the frame but looking at it the bar it is not broken?
When i press the button to raise the rear of the seat, the outer side (nearest the door) raises first, followed by the inner side ... and still stays lopsided.
I searched on here and can see a few instances of the front support bar breaking but not the rear.
Has anyone else had this issue? just not sure where to start ..
any help / suggestions much appreciated

Pull the seat and wiring (disconnect) and take out the seat. Probably needs welded.

Thanks, will do ...
Just a thought, as i wont be able to raise or lower the seat when it's out of the car, would it be an idea to raise the seat to it's highest setting before removal? just trying to think of getting the best view of the frame components
