Painting Seat Belt Plastics?

Does anyone have a guide on painting the seat belt plasics? The rear pillar bezel can't come off the belt, so I assume people are just spraying it in the car? As far as the front seat belts go, any help would be appreciated.

Spraying it in the car would suck. Just unbolt the seat belt and tensioner, remove it from the car with that little plastic guide hole thing (i believe this is the bezel you're referring to) attached, then paint it. Same idea for the front.

FYI, if you do this, your seat belt may retract into the tensioner and seem to get stuck. It isn't really, the tensioner just needs to be at the proper angle to allow the belt to be pulled out. When you bolt the tensioner back in the car it'll work fine. If you don't want to worry about this, however, just wrap some tape around the tensioner so that the belt won't retract. Remove the tape after you reinstall everything.

Painting it by hand is another option if you don't want to have to deal with all of this. Its a small piece so you won't notice the brush strokes anyway.

my idea was to actually dremel a thin slit in it and just take it off of the seat belt. cutting it in a spot where it would be hidden when the seatbelt is retracted, could look stock if you do it right

You could use dye instead of paint... Not sure if that would work at all though... I'm painting and wrapping mine but im getting blue seat belts installed...
