The item should be packed for shipping a little better. One key fob was severely damaged during shipping. It appears to have gotten stuck in a mail sorting machine. The hard plastic faceplate was worn almost completely through. I can send that piece back along with the envelope and other shredded packaging so you can see what happened, if you are interested. I can't blame the post office if they claim you shouldn't send something that thick in a regular envelope....they know the potential outcome.
