bought from him a second time, and again the shipping was smooth, packaged extremely well (a box inside another box with styrofoam packing peanuts, and foam wrapping). Came with tracking number, and the product itself was perfectly color-matched, no drips, no cracks, I'd have to say 110% Grade A++ work.
