Sale pictures lied, discovered damages after received item. Dishonest seller!

One of amber sidemarkers I've purchased had deep scuffs marks on it. Seller strategically shot the pictures of the item so the damages are unseen. I've discovered the scuffs after receiving the item. Seller claimed the damages are from shipping, but the damages looks like it's either from a accident, or impact against another surface.
