You slap me with a negative feedback, I slap you back harder. You know your actions were illegal. Remove my negative feedback or you will lose your credit card merchant account. Double check the visa rules. I'm right, you're wrong. end of story. Here's a perfect chance for you to make things right.

You have lied about the reason for canceling your order (claim girl friend lost her job and he can't afford to pay for the coil over), what a lame excuse.
I knew it was a lied, thus charge him cancellation fee and he said it's okay now he call for a charged back. Just lie after lie.
Left a feedback on his profile and now come here and leave a negative feedback and threaten us .. What a loser.

I did not agree to your fees. I said I want a refund, we hung up, u refunded everything minus $100 which in the invoice states that it's 10% of 875 which is a major flaw in your story and your behalf. $100 is not 10% of 875. Visa rules: merchants cannot charge customer their transaction fees.
