Shon maintained open communication and was very patient while I changed my mind on what I wanted.
There was some inconsistency with his explanation of how to install my rear diffuser; he told me no screws are included because I didn't need them, I would be using the original parts, but that was not the case. Not a big deal though since his parts are such a great deal.
