Refunded my money twice due to me being military and deployed I cannot change my verified address on Paypal. Asked me if someone could sign for it in Virginia, I said my wife could. Sent new payment and he refunded that aswell. Not pleased. Weekend causes me to be out 1623.50 in my bank account until atleast wednesday. With a family that is not okay to be out 2 grand for 5 days.
