Bad customer servive. Ordered bumper from Eric & he sold it w/out Contacting me.

I contacted Eric to order a Nismo bumper for my 04 g35 sedan... He assured me they are made on a case by case basis.... Gave him all off my info last Monday 6/6, & was told it would be done Friday 6/10, & ready for pick up Monday 6/13 & to call him then....I told him I would be working Monday, but I could pick it up the following day, that was our Agreement... Called 1st thing this morning, & there was no response.... Left a msg & he calls back saying that they already sold it, with no remorse... Barely got an apology... This is really bad customer service, & I want to make sure that members are aware, so this doesn't happen to anyone else...
