Setup a deal to purchase seller's stock exhaust. Sent funds via paypal and was told it would be shipped the next day. Kept trying to establish contact with the seller and it was very hard to. Finally after geting the run-around(kept saying he would try to ship it for less and not make any money off of the deal) for 4 weeks, he finally told me that he couldnt ship the item and refunded my funds.
