Bumper was received many months after the promised date. Many emails, calls, fb messages went unanswered. Refund was promised at a point but never carried out, one day I get a call from a shipping company asking if they can come deliver a package. Turns out to be the bumper, but no communication was ever made to me saying the bumper was sent, I was supposed to have been refunded months before it even arrived, and to top it off ARCH gave away my personal cell phone number to a shipping company and allowed them to call me to try to see if they could come by my house. Horrible experience, no apology ever made, no attempt to contact me to rectify the situation.
