I sent Zach the wrong sized furookie intake. I bought it from a member as a 3.5" and sold it as is without checking myself. Zach found out it was a 3" and made everything as easy as possible with no complaining. Can't say enough how pleasant it was and how he made an embarrassing situation seem like nothing big.
