Rims and tires shipped late, rim chipped, tires jacked, and poor communication!

The guy got paid on February 22, 2007. He could not ship the rims till MARCH 1, 2007. I could not get tracking numbers from him till March 8, 2007.
When the rims arrived, their was a chip on the face of the driver side front and the tires were scored from his fenders gouging the sidewalls. There was no damage to the box that that particular rim was in, so there was no way to place an insurance claim. When I complained about the chip, Patrick agreed to repair it - as he should since it was OBVIOUS that it was damaged while in his possession (the area inside the chip was as filthy as the rest of the rims). He proceeds to complain that he's not happy...blah, blah, blah...bottom line is, he is not a man of his word, he sent ****ty product and chose not to make things right. Piss poor.

ok this sale was in late Jan early Feb... shipping was delayed because i was shopping around for the cheapest way to get em too Hawaii ( which i will never do again) this guy contacts me about a chip on the spoke that must have happened in transit via truck then tossed on a boat then back on a truck ( alot handling of the packages) i insured each box for 600 each this buyer had the option of claiming insurance he didnt and wanted to hold me responcible for some minor damage!! He bought USED rims and expected them to be mint!! in which i never stated in my thread!! he then contacts me 2 months later with a price quote, sorry bud im not about to fix what happened in transit hence the reason why we all insure items, my feedback obviously speaks volumes and i am sorry i couldnt meet your very high standards, but im the one who lost in this deal with no knowing it would cost me near $500 to get these rims shipped to you, in the end i lost on this deal and you choose to lose aswell to not claim insurance..
