Both vacuum lines on the plenum are damaged because of poor packing. You have not put any packing material or even attempt to protect the item against damage before you placed it in the box and the shipping box itself is of poor quality.

I think it is obsurred that you wait to ship items for which you get paid by a verified paypal members until the paypal payment has cleared your bank account. Especially so if that member is paypal verified, with a 7 year 100% clean record.

Did you not know that even if the money cleared your bank account a paypal member paying with his credit card can have the charges reversed and if there is no funds in your paypal account Paypal will lock your account until the funds has been made available to them.

You should advice prospective buyers that you will ship items only once payment clears your bank account, before they pay you and not after they have paid you.

I am not going to be imature but because you want to be an @sshole I think I will be.

First things first I notified you that when the money clears into my bank account I would ship it due to the scams that go on through PayPal (ie. people send money and then cancel request)

Second the plenum was put into a box for it's size and has insurance on it so if you are not happy with it you can file a claim with USPS. I did not have to put insurance on the box but as a seller I did for your benifit.

Third if you want to be cocky because you paid without a holdup then that is your perogative. As I stated to you when you said you sent payment I would ship once the money cleared into a bank account other than PayPal. I did not make you wait a week and you were advised that the item would be shipped in 2 days max. Which it was.

Overall I would not recomend doing business with ignorant people.

Yes you notified me that you will ship once the payment has cleared your bank account but what you seem to not understand is that you did so after you received payment notification from me. Payment notification means that I have already transferred the funds to you and that the funds are available to you, and there is no quick procedure or way that allows me to reverse that process.

Filling a claim against the USPS because you have not packaged the item properly is ludicrous. Because an item fits inside a box does not mean it is packaged properly and it is your responsibility to ensure that items you ship are packaged properly. USPS, FedEx, UPS and most shippers require the package to be able to drop a distance of 24 – 30 inches without damage. Not complying with this rule voids your insurance.

A seller with integrity would have offered the return or repair of the item …… not telling the buyer to file a claim against the shipper which the buyer can not do, because it must be the shipper who has to file the claim…… but don’t bother I will repair the item myself.
