Rating Summary #5,964

I'll pull this down when I get what they owe me. Crappy QA on the tire package they sent me. Scratched wheels, mounted unidirectional tires the same direction on left and right front tires, and a missing valve stem cap. I sent a message about just wanting the valve stem cap and heard back twice (1x by phone, 1x by PM) that it would be sent to me. Buncha BS at this point since they haven't taken care of this simple thing. I should've slammed the hell out of them earlier for the condition of the wheels but was nice. It's a month now so I'm not so nice now....

As promised, I take back my negative rating. Got what I needed from the guys at Status. Added some extra goodies for me as well. Thumbs up.
