The part of the story that is missing is that WORK Wheels USA just got the wheels in yesterday.

I've heard every excuse from Ricardo -
I was quoted 4-8 weeks, it's been three months.
Ricardo went as far as putting down the phone on me, instead of trying to solve the situation. I will CONSIDER removing the negative once I actually receive the wheels, I'll take my sweet time doing it, as you've taken your sweet time processing my order.
