HELP ASAP lights don't work
 

i went and tested my ccfl license plate and it was working untill i touch the neg and positive together.. now my parking lights don't work. is it the fuse or how can i fix this? where is it located? HELP ASAP

The only lights not working are the clear corner and license plate lights.

I check the fuse but which one is the one for the license plates and clear corner?
