My headlights the silver part is cracked & im going to try & get them replaced under warranty, 1st of all will the projections one fit the 03, and too if they do is it too much to ask the dealer to let me have those instead.

 

Thats a good question. I believe a couple members have done that as a mod. Let us know how successful you are with that.

 

They will fit, however, the dealer won't warranty them with a newer model. If you succeed in getting it done under warranty, they will only replace with what you have and is applicable to your model year.

 

They are plug and play with all year G35 coupes. However, the bulbs are different from the 03-05 lights.

As for the dealer, if they were to replace your lights, they would only replace them with 03 lights.

 

Yeah that sucks...
At any rate, I guess I will just ask them, but I dont want them to replace them with some that are going to brake again.

 

Would any of you be able to tell me if the '06 projectors will work in an '05 sedan? I haven't seen any 05's on here with projectors, I'm looking if this is possible without a completely custom job like IGT.
