Both HID's Out need advice
 

about a month ago my passenger side ballest and bulb went due to water damage order the OEM ballest with 10000K bulbs and change the ballest and both bulbs, been using them for about 3-4 weeks then suddenly they Both of my HID's just stopped working, Both fog lamps and high beams still work just fine. I check all my fuses they are still good. So i then proceeded to check the relays behind the battery and tried switching the fog lamps and low beams well the fog lamp still worked, and the HID's were still out any advice?
