Okay so I'm starting a small project and I need a lot of help doing it.

So I'm trying to replace my fogs w/ HID's. I know there are HID kits for the fogs but they have to be bi-xenon. And honestly I don't care much for having the high beam since my regular low's are plentifully bright.

I want to replace my H4/9003 (on the lower housing; fogs/high) with d2r bulbs. How would i go about changing the connection? Or should I just go for the bixenon kit. (bixenon kits don't come in ultra slim ballasts boo).

Plus I once I upgrade to the HID's for fogs, I want to use them as DRL's since they will be at 8000k temp.
