Replacing Stock Low Beam/HID Fogs

Hey guys! I've got a quick question about the low beams and a fog light installation for my 6MT 2004 G35. I'm a noobie when it comes to lighting though, so bear with me. :p

Okay, I know that the stock HID bulbs for the low beams are D2R's, so my question is if I wanted to install 8k HID's, would they also be "8k HID D2R's" or something else? And would I have to change ballasts or anything to upgrade to 8k's? Also, if anyone has a link to anywhere I could buy a set of 8k bulbs, or the kit to install them, that'd help me out TREMENDOUSLY.

My second question is, what all do I need to do to install 8k HID's for fog lights? And once again, if anyone had a link to an 8k kit, It'd be greatly appreciated..

I'm sorry for the noob ish, but I live in a very small town and we don't hardly even have a stereo shop here, let alone someone to help me figure this stuff out. -.- Thanks guys!

Yes, D2R bulbs are what you need to buy. The ballasts will support any D2R bulbs regardless of the color.

For the fogs, I personally hate it when people put in HID bulbs into non-HID reflectors. Glare becomes a big issue when you do that. Luckily theretrofitsource has lights that negate that problem. These are some of the best drop in bulbs you'll find.

Edit:
Sorry, that is just one part of the kit. You will need this one.
