Well.. changed clear bulbs and one doesn't turn on...

Its the same side that wouldn't turn on before as well before I swapped bulbs.. any idea why it wouldn't be turning on, and if so.. how do I get it to turn on? :)

try to plug in opposite way, should be fine....
