M35 shift lever stuck and key won't come out.
 

My G/f parked the car and I am assuming that it was in Drive,turned ignition off but then she couldn't move the shift lever into park nor would the key come out. She tried to use the unlock device but maybe she didn't do it right. I am not sure myself just what you need toi do to use this. Anyone have any ideas. I tried disconnectingt the bat to maybe reset the computer. Not sure how long it takes to accomplish that or if there is another way to do this. Would apprecaite your help.
