    nope I really haven't, im actually waiting on sways which should be here this week, Ill fiddle with them once i have them installed. ill get back to you soon about which settings i end up with, probably try out 7-5 like the others first

    Hey MJ,
    messed with my JICs damp setting a little bit today, tried 8/7 and 6/4, but ended up going back to 6/6. Have you had any time to change yours up? If so wat settings have you tried/liked best.
