We've been told that here in MA, no vanity frames are allowed and that they need to be removed in order to pass our yearly safety and emissions inspection.

Mark, that was a week and a half ago, so you should have gotten them by now. I don't remember the exact date those went out, but they are usually in the mail within a day or two.
If you don't have them by tomorrow afternoon, send me a PM and I'll drop two more in the mail on Saturday morning.
