what color are these wheels? silver? do these also come with tires? and if so willing to meet halfway? lol let me know

it's a hyper silver so kinda darkish then normal silver. No tires since i put the tires on their on my new set of chikara rims. I can meet halfway, halfway where tho?

added verification pictures. also no centercaps had to put those on my new set of rims.
