I went with stoptech slotted rotors on all 4 corners and love them. MUCH better initial bite and consistent braking from highspeed stops

3.12 will get you closer to 8-9 psi at stock redline like ge35es said. You can use uprev or ECUtek to flash in tunes for the voltages the maf will see. I feel like you might get close to maxing out...

you can get a set of OE VQ35DE gaskets from Z1 for 60ish dollars. It is almost easiest to pull the motor in order to do this job easily. Good luck whatever you decide on.
