The 07 350z use the VQ35HR engine. I'd imagine there might be some changes to the tranny due to the added hp/tq from the revised engine. I wouldn't use that transmission personally.

That is probably about 10k in damages if not more. Your car is totaled. I had a much less severe rear end collision and it was 4k in repair cost. If you dont have insurance, I feel bad for you.
