Angry Broken Lug nuts

So i got H&R spacers 10mm for my rear tiers, and couple days i noticed that 2 studs are broken, I think it's from over torque but i don't know. so can anyone help me where to find em ?

aren't they for the front speakers ?, my front speakers didn't need any spacers. they won't fit cause the speakers are too deep. do you know if they replace the mid rear speaker

can have the speakers color code, cause the rear speakers seems all in one unit, right ?
I mean I didn't replace the rear door panel speakers, and I don't want to blow them up with the new amp

well I think that it sounds like the clutch, cause I my roommie had a mustang and he had the same problem. Try to ask some people around, don't go to a dealer !, they will charge you a lot.
